Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt as long as the watch has not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way.

If you are thinking about returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsaleable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.

Watch must be returned with box, tags, warranty and receipt.

We will inspect every watch upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the watch will be returned to you.

Special order items and Omega watches are not returnable.

Depending on the price of the watch, a restocking fee starting at $15.00 will be deducted from the price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

The above fee is waived for exchanges.

Return the watch by common courier (U.S. Mail, UPS, Fedex), insure it for the price you paid, and mail to:
